MJVBA Modification - or were an 8th grader or below for the current school year & were born on or after June 1, 1997

MJVBA Modification - or were a 6th grader or below for the current school year & were born on or after June 1, 1999

MJVBA Modifications

This will allow those players who have early summer birthdays to compete with their age grouping but will not allow those students who are a full year ahead in age & physical maturity to compete in a lesser age division.

To have a waived players on your team. You must have, not only the AAU card & a birth certificate but also some official documentation as to their grade for the current school year. A report card would be good. There is no need to apply for a waiver. You have to have this documentation with you at all tournaments & should be attached to the athletes AAU Card & presented at tournament Check-in.

If you are going to AAU Nationals you will have to adhere to the age divisions listed on www.aausports.org
