CLUB PHILOSOPHY
The philosophy of LAVA is to encourage all levels of athletes to realize their potential and challenge themselves on and off the court.

LAVA participants will:
- Develop respect for themselves, their teammates and their community.
- Have the opportunity to grow as a person, and through the sport of volleyball practice life skills such as: communication, independent thinking, problem solving and self confidence.
- Have the opportunity to challenge themselves physically, mentally and emotionally to mature as an athlete.
- Become the best volleyball player they can be.
- Explore opportunities to continue their volleyball participation as collegiate athletes.
- Acquire volleyball skills so they become a source of lifetime enjoyment
